The only photos on the internet of one in bloom are of mine! It took near a decade to get there.
In fact,when it branches after it blooms? I will post the only photos of that on the internet!

Thank you all. I tried to say a real fact without bragging too hard-lol.
I want to see it branch out too. They are much slower growing than the all green Beaucarnea.
They are a hard find these days. A nurseryman in San Diego told me he stopped growing them because of the slow growth and frost tenderness. His nursery was well inland and would get a freeze on occasion.

I lost a beautiful one to frost as well as the huge (7' cactus) in the first week of Oct...!It had been on the deck all summer and both were lovely and healthy! I should kick myself! I didn't have the variegated just a green one but it had grown so well for me and the "foot" was the size of a football... not huge but definitely getting there! Congratulations!
