Bournville, Birmingham, England. An example of a late 19th century "model village"/"garden town", built for his workers by George Cadbury, of Britain's best-known chocolate-making company.

This street and village (now a city suburb) dates only to the late 19th century, but looks much older due to the carefully-chosen building style. The many greengrocer- and florist shops, together with the pavement cafes adjacent to the village green, possibly maintain the original concept today, I think.
