We had to demolish the old wall and have a new one built to keep the mountain from sliding into our garden.

Yes Xela, that's snow. But we're not in the Pyrenees we're further west in the Picos de Europa Mountains which is part of the Cordillera Cantabrica.

Yes Marguerite, we get snow in the village and in fact last year we were snowed in and unable to leave the village or receive visitors to the village for several days.
