Having run out of seed compost I sifted through a bag of peat free compost to use. What a mess it leaves when the pots/trays are watered, horrible brown water all over the table in the greenhouse. So now I'm using this deep tray, along with saucers for the other plants.

Shame I didn't think of it sooner ... the stains were pretty dire!

Thanks Kate, it saves the dirty water leaking from the pots on to the table. Previous multi-purpose composts didn't leave such mucky water.

A lot of elbow grease and hot, sudsy water cleaned the table back to white!
