This morning…

I no longer plant Tulips, too much effort for me these days!

I don't order them Karen, I tried Sarah Raven for a couple of years, but sad to say I wasn't impressed with how they performed.

I bought a bag of daffodils yesterday, Unfortunately tulips are liked by deer and rabbits too, but I do have few on the deck each year.

I’ll see how I feel next spring. I haven’t had any tulips for a couple of years and I did miss them. Yesterday I went back to the GC to get a couple more trays of the lovely Pineapple Crush’ Viola and I got the last 2! But God was smiling on me because not only that, but they had a fantastic offer on terra pots and I was able to to get 6 reduced from 19.99 to 4.99 each, and one reduced from 29.99 to 7.99. The six are for my tulips and it was such a blessing because I was worried about how much I would end up spending on pots for them! The bigger one was for my prostrate Rosemary which was in a tatty plastic pot. I was so chuffed! They are the nice pots too, the ones with lettering around the top.

Well done on those bargain purchases Karen, such good reductions in the price. I often think pots are ridiculously overpriced and have used any garden gift vouchers for them in the past.

Wow, you did well there Karen. I can't move heavy pots anymore, well maybe with a sack barrow, but I don't have one!

i do have one Janey, but its useless on gravel of course!
