Ha ha Ange! That would be surprising! We love all our neighbours here. Mostly our age, a few young families. Everyone is lovely and very friendly. I’m actually enjoying having neighbours after 10 years with none near us.

That's good to hear. We've been here 8 years and don't find this an overly welcoming estate. Wrong age group, I guess! I would happily move on..

Hmm..we had that the last Estate we lived on. Everyone had very young children. Wrong demographic. But it was a pretty friendly place. I made some lovely friends there.
