Shirley_tulip posted this plant (Nandina domestica 'Firepower') few days ago and because I have never heard of it I googled it and liked it very much. Today I went to GC and there it was.I am quite happy about it.
Thank you Shirley_tulip. I could not believe how fast I found it.

Thank you Julia, I read that it accepts the full sun as well as shade and most importantly that deer ignore it. Do you grow it as well?

Shirley_tulip, I have a trouble to find a low growing plants that deer will not attack so hopefully I will see it next year.
I found out that all the "deer resistant" lists are not accurate for all deer or all geographic areas. I go by a trial base. The one I bought looks healthy and lovely.Thank you again.

They are a lovely addition to the garden, Klahanie. Looks right at home there too.
I tried to grow them several years ago, but they didn't like our soil..
