Earlier this year the lady from the Hedgehog rescue centre rang me and asked if I could home 2 hedgehogs that were ready to go back out into the wild. We are regular visitors to the centre and she knows that they will be very well looked after.
So we shot round there and picked them up, complete with 2 houses!!! We named them George and Mildred.....

Awwww - he's so young-looking! Is he really ready to go back into the wild? I would worry leaving the little fella to fend for himself...

The photo is an older .......... we are regulars there and he is older now than the photo!! Still not as big as Mildred yet, but he is big enough for the winter.....

Is it only the size difference which distinguishes George from Mildred ?
If George gets bigger, will you know which is which?
Will THEY know who is who ?

So cute wish I had one in my garden it could eat all the slugs and snails but alas I know it is illegal to not let these run free to come and go.
