South African Species Poppy

I love the colour of this poppy.
Sort of apricot-shades would you say?

The petals look very like tissue paper, and you've captured that effect on camera very well indeed.

Yep it is a soft apricot shade...the first couple of blooms start out about the size of a 10p and then go to the size of a 5p before finishing...

Aren't you supposed to compare the petal sizes to cents and dimes?
