We live beside the river about 50yards back but no fear of flooding we are too high.The bridge was renovated 2 years ago the chimney in the distance is the Bishops Palace, the garden there floods but not the Palace.

You cannot get off the other side the water is too deep, and after I took this 'photo it rose another 2 feet!!! Today it is down a little.

I remember when I went to Bluecoat School a hundred years ago not being able to cross this bridge to get to school , wow ...it really brings back memories I have been told the school is no longer there .
