Too close....

I am not having much luck..... put too many seeds in together. I seperated them but that does not seemed to have helped! They are not 'fattening up' and now I have recently had an infestation of catapillar on my radish!!!

would it be possible to dig them up and moved them apart? I don't know anything baout gardening, so I thought to ask.

Unfortunately, I have tried that too..... still no luck! My father in law has given up with his due to the appauling weather!!!! I am leaving mine and seeing what comes of them!
