Bloomed late but really bloomed when they did. Rocky mountain red will turn 3 next year.

Are they very picky about needing lots of light indoors? I have a bunch outside I'll have to do something with soon but can't decide to try hanging them in the garage for the winter or pot them up to bring indoors. Problem is don't have many good areas by windows for plants.

THey need light but less light and they will just not do much, just don't overwater. Let them rest and just as things start warming up trim them down. As new growth starts, give them a good fertilizer a few times to prep for flowering and they should start right up for a new summer. I found these to be a great cut and increase plant year to year, without much fuss.

I think I will try that this year. I'm going to pot up the ones from various places in the garden today so they are ready to bring in soon. Temperature was 4 c this morning so cooling down now.
