Coronilla valentina glauca

Coronilla valentina glauca (Coronilla valentina subs. glauca)

Planted last autumn as a very tiny shrub, it has grown well and has been flowering again for a few weeks. Lots more buds, too.

Yes, Amy. it is. It's not completely hardy, though, so it needs a sheltered site. It flowers from now into the winter and in the spring - and also produces a few flowers in the summer!

Hi Spritz, just seen this in a magazine and thought it sounded lovely and one to try?! So looking on GOY and you have this lovely one! You have it sheltered but it doesn't have to be against a wall then? And it's fragranced?

Do you know, Jo, I have never sniffed it! I am really ashamed to admit that. :-( It's planted facing west and I posted another photo just a few days ago because it is smothered in flowers now! I love it.
