Several years on the scrap of campanula has taken over and the scrap of sedum has disappeared without trace. A butterfly still visits.

I like the dry stack wall...plants tucked right in there make it more interesting...butterfly color is great....

Terratoonie - I wish! As my little grandson noticed yesterday, the spaces between the stones are currenly full of hibernating snails. Perhaps it's a different breed that eats campanula, on the other hand there's so much of it I might not notice! On the other hand we have a badger who calls most nights, so perhaps he eats 'shell-off' slugs

Slugs attack my campanula.
I guess this area is too stony for slugs?
Lovely photo of butterfly on the dry wall.
