Does anyone know what variety?

This was in the ground when we moved in two years ago. I really dont do anything to it, and it keeps on flowering. So I can only assume it's hardy, as it has survived the last two winters.

It looks as if it's in the ground. If it's a hardy one it could be Mrs Popple. It looks similar. It can grow quite tall.
