I didn't know what to expect as this just looked like a clump of dead grass when I was given it in January. It has had lovely foliage all summer and this is a bonus

i love asters, i know they can suffer from mildew but they are such cheerful little flowers when all else has finished. I'll look out for that one, i have a vibrant pink one (don't know the name) will take a photo and post it
