Welcome. Would these be a little ligularia?

Thank you all for welcoming on board.
I have not researched this beautiful yellow flower jet! It came into my garden from my neighbour; however I do not think it is ligularia.

What a great present your neighbour sent you - welcome from me too.

My neighbour gave me another present; last year August 2007, just before we moved in.....
We have five 45 feet tall White Spruces along the fence dividing the two properties; the evergreens are at about 3 feet from the fence.
The distance between our fence and the wall of the neighbour's house is less than 4 feet; very narrow, and the White Spruces branches obviously encroach in his property which portion is legally entitle to trim.
Guess WHAT!
My neighbour decided that there was too much shade from the evergreen and not enough sunlight shining onto his windows, so he trespassed into our property and cut all the branches at the trunk, making a hole that would allow the sunlight reaching his window.
What about this for nice.....if you want you can borrow him! Lol!!
We could not charge him because the house was not ours jet and the previous owner did not care about it!
What do you think now?
I am going to try to upload the photos, but I think each file is too big.

Cinzia, try to compress your photos to a max 1000 pixels, you will achieve great quality with that and they will always load. Try to compress your neighbour while you are at it.

Compressing the neighbour won't do much; I will end up compressing his bad habits...like lack of respect for private property. However he has several cats so by compressing him into a smaller size...phoof! It might just work out.
All the best.

oh Conziascala..I could start about my own neighbour, about how he painted the other side of my freshly painted white picket fernce brown so it all ran down over my side, how before I put up a fence to keep him out he decided to drive into my yard and squeeze between my car and a tree, thereby ruining all of my newly emerging plants and bulbs which I had only planted the previous fall, his loud music, how nosy he is,etc....but I wouldn't want to bore you! hahaha...Look on the bright side of things, at least he is not a relative :) ...

Newfienurse
How to say: there are more idiots than reasonable people in this world; this is why the police cannot keep up!
Here in Canada the neighbour painting on your fence it would be considered damage to private property and you could easily call the police on him and have him charged..for free!
The worst thing anyone can have are horrible neighbours.
People should move from stupidity and concentrate more on peace and love; live is so short, but, maybe this kind of individuals enjoy life by doing what they are doing. Unfurtunately we have to deal with it, they are next door to us!
