Just whish a bigger oak; a much much bigger Oak could be transplanted. Actually, in the USA they move huge trees, so is the cost; over U$D100,000.00

One day it will be a bigger oak ! :o)

Terratoonie.
Definitively it will grow big, bold and beautiful, however I do not think I can ever enjoy the trunk circumference of 4/5 feet; I will be long dead. Perhaps berried beneath this, one day, Majestic Read Oak. Hoping the next owner will treasure it as we are (no chainsaw).

Half the fun is watching a tree grow from one year to the next...I guess some people would pay that much to have a tree moved but it is usually a historical move...to preserve rather than destroy
