I love the changing leaves...such a different kind of beauty

This shot was taken from my car..it is a beautiful little area called Port Gamble. I believe the trees are maples...they line the streets there and are always a joy to see in the fall...

These trees really go out with a bang, don't they !

I I weren't rushing to catch a ferry every time I come through this area...I would stop the car and take a picture...it is just beautiful with the street lined on both side with these maples in fall colors...love this part of the trip.
