The Lysimachia ciliata really had spread too far - and cutting it back during my autumn clear-up left such a huge space I decided to dig some of it out and plant the front of the border up for the winter.

Thanks Dee - I thought I'd put some little bulbs in there too - maybe Iris reticulata? Crocuses?

You've been busy Spritz! Looks great. Bulbs will give you lovely colour there won't they?

Thanks - I hope there's still some Lysimachia left - I did go a bit mad! I'll try to plant the little bulbs this afternoon. I'm not sure about purple Crocuses there, they won't be very visible from the Garden Room if the weather is too bad to 'amble' in the garden - white Iris recticulata, however - they are a yes!
