Climbing plant twining habit, lustrous leaves. trumpet shaped flowers.

Hubby took cuttings of two different Mandevillas and both of them failed, he has not tried seeding it, going to try cuttings again, if he is successful will let you know.....sorry cannot be of more help Sid.

Not to worry Dotty - thanks for the insight. Can't seem to find any decent info on growing this plant from seed, but I've sowed half the seed to see what happens. S.

Good luck Sid, we bought our plants back from France, but we lost the pale pink one, we will look for some more when we go again this year.

Hope you find some :-) Do the flowers smell nice? The white ones particularly look as if they might have a nice scent, but I've only ever seen pictures....

Have never noticed any perfume, will have a sniff when the flowers come round again....
