Happy but small. I love my little variegate. It has really started to grow, at last!

I like jades too. I have one that is about 11 years old... bought it in a 4 inch pot...it's been struggling along and had a bit of a problem with mushy spots...but pruning and putting it outside seemed to revive it... touching wood as I type!....lol.

They sure can be touchy. This little variegate is 5 years old, almost six! I've been so happy to have them just live for me. When I started with plants there was nothing I could kill easier than a succulent. I'm too much of a spoiler, thus the tropicals! I took this from a 30 yr old at the university, has a bonsai manner that I found very attractive. Little tree is from a 10 yrs old I babysat one winter. :-)

This one was from the university west greenthouse Grammazoo. I had a propagation class there. The parent was about 30 yrs old and a good 4-5 ft tall. Really wonderful looking. I'm glad after 5 yrs this one is taking off.
