These look happy. Have you ever grown them in water? I recently seperated one and put one in water and returned the other one to soil. Surprisingly the one in water has started sprouting leaves under water and above the water. It seems to be thriving much better than the one in soil. I've been changing the water weekly to keep it oxygenated.
