Juanaloa mexicanum - no common name

This plant is so rare it can't even be found on the internet...I purchased this from a specialty nursery in Los Angeles over 10 years ago. It is supposedly from the tropical rain forest of Southern Mexico. It is also very difficult to get a good picture of this flower due to the neon-type yellow/orange flowers.
This picture is taken against my Plumeria tree trunk.
