This cactus can grow even larger than this. They can become a true monster plant!

This one was pretty monstrous. They had it in an area where you couldn't get too close, so this is just the top portion of it. It also had reddish round fruit on it at the top, but I couldn't get a good shot with the fruit.
I have never seen a cactus twist around like that.

I visited a nursery today that a couple runs from their house, and they had a small one of these. It is call an "Apple Cactus" because of the large, red fruit that it produces.
