Even the conifers are frozen solid!
The green light in the tree is a reflection from the illuminations in the adjoining Walsall Arboretum!

Skippy ~
I love the way you are so optimistic and encouraging :o)
I guess the conifers will be fine because they survive the snows in Scandinavian countries. I'm surprised the photographer and his lady-wife aren't frozen solid - along with their ice-covered cameras .......

It's 8am and my husband is hanging out of the bedroom window taking photographs - wearing a cycle helmet in case he has another giddy turn! It won't provide much protection since the house is three storeys!

To be fair to him, we had been up for a couple of hours and he was wrapped up like an onion with lots and lots of layers! He's thinner than me and feels the cold, I have my own, personal, padding and only need a couple of layers of clothing!

Do the conifers come back ok? There's something back in there that still has a beautiful green coat...
