These are grapes, Weeding :) I must confess I didn't help press this batch. I visited with my Nonna and Aunt while the boys worked :)

Janette- Oh, we drank some right then, lol. It was very tasty, but the alcohol content is very low right now, about 5 %. My Tata will transfer it to an oak barrel and I think that it stays there for about a year at least. Cheers!

It is a lot of work, but he enjoys it. He loves to be in the garden. He enjoys the wine making process and of course he enjoys drinking the fruits of his labor :)
