Fence with those furry fluffy flowers

Now then I thought the botanical nowse was on the up. Furry fluffy flowers indeed. You know these are the seed heads of Clematis. Which variety of course is exceedingly difficult to ID without close ups or better still the real thing. Suffice to say it looks like a montana type. Straight C. montana in the UK is 'Old Mans Beard' very fitting I feel. lol!!
