A helping hand

I reckon we all have days when we would like to be propped up by one of those wooden hands !

It took my a while to see it but now I do....guess I'm a little slow...nice shot

The local council wanted to cut this tree down several years ago, but locals had other ideas so got a petition going, one guy even chained himself to it to prevent it being sawn down overnight,and remained there for days,

Nice to see people care about our trees.......the hand looks great......

It's amazing how we human beens can desperatly defend a tree ..... and some of us can easily kill a dog or cat... weird human nature though
