Asters in the snow 29 October

The weather is amazing isn't it. SNOW in England in October???? It's all back to front. We usually get the cold first with our continental climate, with frosts in mid to late October and sometimes an early snow fall. NOT this year! We have warmed up again after a few threats of cooler weather. Today was 21 C in Budapest, and no frosts in the forecast for the next 10 days. I remember 2 years ago being stranded in snow as the traffic ground to a halt on Nov 2nd. Weather is unpredictable is all we can say.
