Hairpin Curve

There are not many places to pull off the road on "White Knuckle Highway" This is the only spot I could find to pull off and take a picture of a hairpin curve. This road is two lane and there are no protective barriers between you and the sheer cliff (drop off) you are traveling along.

Looks like a lovely drive Skippy, even if it is "white knuckle" driving. Very peaceful looking.

Definitely not going to let my hubby drive thru there. He's one of those prople who can't keep his eyes on the road., he's never make it to the bottom in one piece...lol. I agree with Sandra, I think I've seen this road in about a dozen movies. Always in a car chasing scene, or driving downhill with the brakes gone on the car !...lol

The road is shaded almost all the time so it is hard to get a good picture.
