What a beautiful setting! Such rich vegetation.

Hi! This is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Flores is part of the Portugese Azores, and has the most amazing vegetation around. I lost my pictures, and I have them up at a photo site, but I'm trying to get them back. The place is rich in volcanic activity, and reminds me a bit of what I would imagine Alaska is like in parts: pristine, untouched, and difficult to live if you haven't been born there! It's quite magical! If I can get the pictures I will post them, as Flores is known for it's flowers and it's really quite spectacular. Thanks!

Do you know Marguerite that there are stories of little people once living in Flores in Indonesia? I'd love to go there, too...
