I like small birds.
I used to feed them in the old garden. Fluffy was too old to catch them.
Blodyn killed a blue tit a few days ago. I'm glad she doesn't catch birds usually. But I don't encourage them too near the house.
My neighbour said Blodyn sits in her garden to watch the birds.

awww the poor bird, but cant blame Blodyn really . it is in a cats nature to catch birds and small rodents

Your wall feeder still seems as popular as ever with all kinds of bird.
At least up there, they are safer from the cats. :o)

Iget lots of sparrows in my garden, although Smokey does'nt catch birds on more there is a very young cat comes & hides in my srubs trying to get the birds, keep going out to chase him off, but like you say it's a cat nature to catch them, after all humans kill animals.
