Yes lots of houses going for sale here Islander, also some Freehold land as well in nice locations too.

I'm not an expert on tree ferns. LOL! However, by looking at the other photos of these tree ferns, I don't think they are. Black tree ferns have a black trunk.

These tree ferns are probably a species of Cyathea...many species are native to the South Pacific and Australia...and widely grown around the World in tropical and subtropical climates.

We grow many genera which encompasses so many species of tree ferns. They are grown at all low-elevations of California, even in the inland areas and deserts in full shade...where the temperatures are extremely hot. (some species).
