They are but i get quite a few in my garden.

There arnt many about now are there.....i only see one every now and then..not like years ago.....

I saw two yesterday in my garden which is unusual. I remember when I was a child they were everywhere. At least you have a couple enjoying your treats.

At the feeders in my back garden, I get more sparrows than any other bird. :o)

We have tons over here too. There is a group of about 8 that hang out at my feeder. I wonder where they all went from England? I remember them being extremely common once upon a time.
