More fallen trees~Ilston Combe near Parkmill Gower

do you know whats causing the trees to fall Arlene?

~we think it's a combination of the heavy rain washing away/loosening the soil from the roots followed by fierce winds!

i hope you dont lose too many of them in the woods there

I collected sloes near there a few yrs ago and made sloe wine. It was delicious :o)

It,s a shame about the trees Arlene , theres nothing much that can be done about it ... :o(

~ no~ once they are uprooted its too late! I am hoping there will be saplings to take their place~although that is a long process!
