I had no idea the Isle of Wight had big open spaces like this - reminds me of Salisbury Plain, which isn't that far away, I guess. Is this a coast road?

Yes, this is a coast road, The Millitary Road to be exact. The Isle of Wight is like this in areas all over really all of it is considered to be rural. There are obviously the more built up areas, but it is pretty much farming and fishing, not as sparce as Novia Scotia though!!

Like the colours of fields nice view too
