Compton Bay

Brilliant photo.I love the Isle of Wight and have spent many summer holidays there though have never seen it in the winter months though...

This is wonderful. Very nice pic. Whose ball is down there about to be washed away??

That isn't a ball. it is a bouy that has been washed up on the shore, fishermen use them to mark lobster pots and nets

Whatever, the dot of red adds a little focus of interest and contrast which lifts the photo out of the 'nice' category.
A good touch - accidental or not.
