This was taken at a nursery while on vacation (not in my garden) and it was made of lots of flat rocks. This photo doesn't do it justice!

At the nursery, they had one of these set up as a water feature. I didn't notice if there was a hole in the bottom of the empty ones. I think that it is garden art.
