Grew this beautiful plant from a seed taken from a garden while taking my son to school about 8 years ago.

That looks like Acanthus mollis. Are you sure it's Acacia?

yes it is a mollis. when i put it into the botanical bit it came up with the wrong one. wasn't quite sure how to correct it .LOL.
