Great pic Wohli...the look on that mans face says it all! Let's hope he is still as enthusiastic in a few years time. Can't really see Gordon Brown and Barack Obama having a close relationship!

I know nothing about Brown, Janey but Obama has a very likable personality from what I've heard so maybe they can at least be friendly if not the best of buddies! : )
I believe that different people like and voted for Obama for different reasons, I'm sure some did because of his race alone, but I think those are a minority. He seems to have just allowed most Americans to believe in a better world.

I think almost everyone was smiling at that moment in history....I know I was. I can't see Gordon Brown ever putting on a show like that and making us all feel fab!

As Janey says his face speaks for the nation, it looks very cold there, glad I was at home near the fire.

Yeah, we had a cold snap that day, high was 23F. Which is why I stayed home and watched it on TV! : )

I am still smiling ....!!!...Seeing Obama's face just about anywhere makes me smile...So much nicer than what we had to look at before...! Not to mention the man is intelligent....thank goodness!

Thank you Aleyna, I will tell him you liked it. He said there were a lot of photographers taking this guys picture, and just the next day one was on the cover of the local newspaper!
