How long did it take to achieve this height, and is it an open/sunny aspect?

these trees are there since I moved to this town, can't tell you exactly how old they are, they are fast growing trees, in about 3 years it can reach 5ft.
Sunny all morning and some shadow during the afternoon.

What a wonderful specimen!! Mine is 3 years old and it's not even a fifth of that : (

Resedás (name in portuguese) or Jupiter tree grow to 2 or 3metres (about 9.8feet) at all, I guess yours shall be in the right size :)
