Yes it is nature. In my garden I have lots of blue tits feeding on the nut hangers. I have often seen them taken by hawks They come in at such a speed and at funny angles they are lovely to watch. But dont like to see the killing.. The sparrow hawk in my garden will take black birds as well. I think it must be like McDonalds for hawks in my garden.
