Philodendron 'Rojo Congo'

I really love this plant! I have one - it's called Philodendron 'Rojo Congo'. I purposely keep it in a very small pot...because it will grow huge if transplanted to a large pot. This is what happened to my Philodendron 'Congo' now it's too large to bring into the house...it turned into a monster plant. It remains in my front yard in a 15 gallon container and hasn't been in the house for about 7 years.

Happy to learn the name of this one, it was a beautiful plant.

It makes a beautiful house plant. I grow mine as a house plant...and will never take it outside...because if its roots get into the ground it will grow
very large and tall. I have some older postings of this plant growing up a palm about 30 feet / 10 meters high.
