Pelargonium hybrids - Commonly called Geraniums

Many Pelargonium or Geraniums are in full bloom everywhere right now. When I see the sides of the freeways and street medians with these plants in full-bloom it reminds me of Summer. Pic taken Feb. 1, 2009.

Thanks for the very nice compliments! It has been very warm this January and horribly dry, only .08 of rain officially. Unfortunately, it seems we will be on water rationing July 1, 2009, if we don't receive lots and lots of rain over the next couple of months...and the probability is pretty low.

Sorry to hear that as I've had lots of experience with water restrictions where I live - probably not this year though after all the rain we've had which, luckily, has fallen all throughout the catchment area of our dam. Let's hope you get rain!

These are just lovely! Wow great colour! Can't wait to for mine to bloom again - they didn't like the wet weather at all!
