Nothing keeps our friendly Robin away 2.2.2009

Yes.. ive been out feeding the birds in the snow this morning.....

o yes so have i,And iv just spotted a goldfinch,we must not forget our gardening friends..................

He's a determined little fellow. I saw our Robin on my bird table today which is unusual. he usually just eats the foods I leave under the shrubs.Easier to find, I suppose, in the snow.

Lovely Little Robin LG :) I swept the snow off My Apple Tree Bird Table with a small Hand Brush &topped it up this morning as all the little Birds looked so Hungry ! I also but out Half a Loaf Of Bread Soaked in Cooking oil as a ground food 4 them :)

Same here Jacque...they just kept on coming for food all day long.have put a blog on try to show how many,but they were in all corners too!

So cute, I've made porridge with seeds for breakfast today, for the birds, not me Lol! I'll try your bread and cooking oil recipe Jacque as bird food getting short and a bit snowed in here.
