This has flowered for the second year. When it finishes the whole stem will die back and I think it looks awkward for a while until it grows on a bit more. The bees and hover flies got drunk on it!

I think I have lost some of my Aeoniums this year with the weather as i left them outside, also Agaves.

Are you sure Pam? When I lost a couple I did think they might recover, but they give off this awful smell when they've really gone, so they ended up on the compost heap!
