About 2 metres give or take.
I personally don't fancy the taste of this fruit, but my husband loves it. About 2 years ago, my helper started from seed, some Salak which we gave my mother in law. One of these days, when i get the chance, will pop to her place to photograph a bigger version.....

I have only seen the fruit - never tasted it! I've heard it can be either crumbly or crunchy depending on the type, and some can be a little sweet while others not so sweet.

How high does this palm grow? Will you be growing it for the fruit?
