birds nest from Faust

Hi Koco.....this looks really healthy. Is there a special compost you would use for it? I have one I bought from a church fayre and it has lots of babies...I'm wanting to pot them up.

just some dirt from my mom's personal special reserve soil heap, i.e the back yard. but I've heard these things' talent for surviving adverse environments is legendary. The friend who gave me this one found one that had fallen off the back of it's shelf and was laying on the floor for a little over a month. it was weakened, but came back very quickly.
they grow best when treated like aloes, so you know slice them down the root so each has good rooting to start in any kind of grainier dirt mix and they will do fine.
