Hmm - my S. purpurea looks more like the one at the top of this picture.....mine's redder in colour, but doesnt seem to curl over like the one at the bottom of the picture.

LOL....., that's a good one, John.... you're sharp as a tac ! BTW, I'd love to have both of these little beauties out by my pond. I have two varieties but don't know the cultivars of either.

If you post pictures (or pitchers) Jerrie, I will try to identify them for you. But I Certainly can't get it down to the field where they came from, which is a, rather laughable in my opinion, trend when selling sarras.
